Alastair joined the organisation in 2003 and was Chairman & CEO of Tanker Pacific Management and Tanker Pacific Offshore Terminals from 2004 to 2011. He is currently Chief Executive of Omni Offshore Terminals Limited, a leading integrated provider of floating production storage and offloading (FPSO & FSO) solutions to the offshore oil & gas industry. Omni’s operations span the globe from New Zealand, Australia, South East Asia to the Middle East and South America. More recently Alastair has spearheaded the group’s investment activities in the oil & gas exploration and production sector. In addition to his role at Omni, Alastair is also Chief Executive of O.G. Oil & Gas Limited, a company that was established to hold the group’s oil & gas exploration and production interests onshore and offshore. O.G. Oil & Gas activities are undertaken through direct participation in exploration and production licenses as well through strategic shareholdings in established oil & gas companies, such as New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited in which it owns a 70% interest. Prior to joining the organisation, he was a banker with Citigroup and Salomon Smith Barney. Alastair holds a BEng(Hons) and an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering.

Vineet has been with the Omni organisation since 1999. He has over 30 years of experience in the marine and offshore oil & gas industry. During his tenure with Omni he has been involved in every aspect of the business. Prior to his current role as head of Commercial & Projects, Vineet was head of Omni's operations group for 12 years. He has also managed a number of FSO projects including successful redeployment of one of the company's largest FSOs. Vineet is actively involved in and responsible for strategic planning, project evaluation, tender proposal preparation, contract negotiations and project deliverance. Vineet holds an MBA from University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.

Pramod Martin has been with the organisation for over 20 years and brings more than 25 years of experience in the Marine and Offshore Oil and Gas Industry. Pramod held the position of Country Head for our New Zealand Operations in charge of FPSO and production services for an offshore oilfield. Pramod brings with him extensive experience in FSO and FPSO operations. He is a Master Mariner and holds qualifications in Nautical Sciences from Glasgow College of Nautical Sciences, UK.
